How To Get Started

There are a number of ways to be selected to participate in the Ameri Shape Weight loss Program. The one way is notification by mail. Participates are selected based upon the radius of their residence to the nearest participating studio.

If you received a card in the mail then there are a few easy steps in order to qualify.

First you must call the toll free number on the card. It will ring directly to the weight loss technician in your city , not some far way office.

Next you will be asked to answer 6 health related questions pertaining to your current physical condition and weight loss needs. You simply answer Yes or No then press 9 key on the phone key pad to move to the next question.

Upon Completing the six questions, your call will then be connected to a weight loss specialist in your area. The weight loss tech will then explain the program re- quirements in full and answer all your questions. If selected to participate the weight loss tech will arrange an appointment , in which time you will meet your coach and view the program in it’s entirety.
